Due to the nature of unclaimed mail programs, packages can vary significantly in appearance, condition, labeling, and origin. Some may display the original recipient’s information, while others may show distribution centers, fulfillment facilities, return labels, or have shipping information blocked or redacted. Unclaimed mail programs include returned or undeliverable parcels from fulfillment channels as well; such as TikTok Shop and similar sources (which is standard for all unclaimed mail pallets). As a result, packages may have been opened and re-taped during processing. These packages are fundamentally different from our standard returned mall parcels, which only consist of returned mail and tend to be more clothing heavy from lower-tier sources. Our unclaimed mall packages are sourced from broader unclaimed mail programs and offer a much wider variety of package types, origins, and potential contents. While we do not know the contents of any individual package, most merchandise is expected to be in new condition; but items may be returned / used as well. Package appearance, sizes, and contents will naturally vary from shipment to shipment. However, due to the nature of modern online shopping, clothing and other soft goods are among the most common categories but virtually anything may appear!
