Order Status Update

You can check the status of your order at any time using one of the two options below. Both methods provide access to the most accurate and up-to-date information available.

1. Check Your Order Through Your Customer Account

Log in to your customer account by selecting "Log in" from the main menu of our website. Once logged in, navigate to the Orders section to view your order history, order details, and current order status.

2. Track Your Shipment Using the Tracking Number

After a shipping label has been created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the current location and progress of your package directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

If your tracking information displays “Carrier is awaiting package,” this means that your order is either currently being processed or has not yet been scanned by the carrier. In some cases, carriers may take a few days to complete the initial scan, even though the package may already be in transit. Please note that carrier tracking updates reflect the most accurate and current information available, and additional updates will appear automatically once the carrier scans the shipment. Use the tracking links below to follow your shipment directly through the appropriate carrier. Simply click the USPS or UPS link and enter your tracking number to view real-time updates, estimated delivery dates, and current package location. These tools provide the most accurate and up-to-date information straight from the shipping provider.
